Monitoring and operations
Customers can monitor configured workflows, apply account-level controls, and review activity associated with their own workspace.
Configured assistance
Where available, configured AI or data providers can assist with research and workflow preparation. Their output must be reviewed by the customer.
Third-party connections
Where enabled, a customer may connect an account the customer controls at a supported independent broker or exchange.
Clear service boundaries
Customers pay EVERPEAK INC for access to software. EVERPEAK INC does not accept deposits for trading, custody customer funds or digital assets, operate an exchange, provide brokerage services, act as an investment adviser, or promise investment results.
Where an eligible feature is enabled, EVEQ may transmit an instruction approved individually or generated by a workflow the customer authorizes. Depending on the selected configuration, an automated workflow may transmit without separate confirmation for each instruction. The customer chooses the account, permissions, strategy, and controls. The third party—not EVERPEAK INC—decides whether and how an instruction is accepted or executed.

Who EVEQ is designed for
EVEQ is intended for adults and organizations that understand the risks of market research and automated workflows, can independently evaluate the service, and are legally permitted to use the relevant markets and third-party providers in their jurisdiction. Access may be invitation-based or subject to account review.
