Privacy Notice

This notice explains how EVERPEAK INC processes information when people visit the EVEQ website, request access, purchase a subscription, use the software, connect a third-party account, or contact support.

1. Business responsible for this notice

EVERPEAK INC provides EVEQ and is responsible for the processing described in this notice, except where an identified third party processes information under its own policy.

2. Information we process

Account and identity information: name, email, organization, role, account identifier, and account status.
Contact and support information: telephone, business address, correspondence, request details, and support history.
Authentication and security information: password-derived authentication data, sessions, security events, device and request information, IP address, and activity records.
Subscription and transaction information: plan, billing status, currency, charge or invoice reference, payment status, and limited payment-method details returned by the payment provider.
Product and strategy information: preferences, research, prompts, code, strategy definitions, backtests, configurations, alerts, workflow state, and user-directed activity.
Third-party connection information: provider identity, account reference, permissions, protected connection credentials, balances or positions requested for display, and instruction or response data needed for a configured feature.
Website and service usage: page requests, feature interactions, browser or device characteristics, logs, diagnostics, performance, and error information.

3. Where information comes from

Information may come directly from you; an authorized organization administrator; your browser or device; product usage; a payment provider; a broker, exchange, market-data, AI, email, security, or infrastructure provider you ask the service to use; or records generated when operating and protecting EVEQ.

4. How information is used

create, review, authenticate, and administer accounts;
provide research, testing, monitoring, support, and requested workflow features;
connect to a supported third-party service at your direction;
process subscriptions, receipts, cancellation, refunds, and billing support;
send account, security, billing, service, and requested marketing communications;
protect users and systems, detect misuse, investigate incidents, and enforce service rules;
diagnose errors, maintain service integrity, and improve functionality;
comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and establish or defend legal claims.

5. AI and third-party features

When you choose a feature that uses a configured AI, market-data, broker, exchange, or other provider, the content and account data needed for that request may be transmitted to that provider. For example, an AI-assisted research request may include the prompt and selected context, while an account connection may exchange authentication, market, position, or instruction data.

Do not place sensitive personal information or secrets into a prompt or strategy unless necessary for the requested feature. Independent providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

6. Payment information

When card or other hosted checkout is offered, the identified payment provider receives the payment details needed to authorize and process the transaction. EVEQ receives transaction status and related billing records needed to provision access, issue receipts, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and keep financial records.

Do not send full payment-card numbers, banking passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or trading credentials to support.

7. Cookies and local storage

The website and application may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technology needed for sessions, security, preferences, routing, and core functionality. If optional analytics or advertising technology is introduced, any additional notice or choice required by applicable law will be provided.

8. When information is disclosed

Information may be disclosed to infrastructure, hosting, security, email, customer-support, payment, AI, market-data, broker, exchange, and professional-service providers to the extent needed for an authorized purpose. It may also be disclosed:

to an organization administrator for an organization-managed workspace;
to comply with law, legal process, or a valid request from an authority;
to protect a person, the service, connected providers, or the public from fraud, abuse, or security harm;
as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate handling of the information.

EVERPEAK INC does not sell personal information for money.

9. International processing

EVEQ and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy and government-access laws can differ by country. Contractual or other safeguards are used where required for cross-border processing.

10. Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the account and requested features, maintain security and operational records, complete billing and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by record type, account status, legal requirement, and the need to preserve trustworthy activity history.

Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove data from security backups. Some information may be retained after an account closes where required for fraud prevention, financial records, legal claims, or another lawful purpose.

11. Security

EVERPEAK INC uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information in light of its nature and the service context. Connection credentials are protected using application-level encryption and access controls. The public site and hosted application use HTTPS for supported browser connections.

No online system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting passwords, devices, email access, API keys, and third-party accounts. Additional guidance is published on the Security page.

12. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; to withdraw consent for future processing based on consent; or to appeal or complain to an appropriate privacy authority.

Send a request to Serve@npsayu.com. State the request and the account or contact email involved. Identity and authority may be verified before a request is completed. A request may be limited where law permits or requires retention, including for security, financial records, disputes, and legal obligations.

13. Communications

Account, security, billing, and service messages may be necessary to operate an active account. Marketing messages can be declined through the method in the message or by contacting support. Details are in the Email and Messaging Policy.

14. Children

EVEQ is not directed to children and is available only to people at least 18 years old. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

15. Changes and contact

This notice may be updated to reflect product, provider, legal, or business changes. A new “Last updated” date will be posted, and material changes may be communicated through the service or account contact information where appropriate.
