Email and Messaging Policy

This policy explains why EVERPEAK INC may contact an EVEQ customer, how recipients are selected, and how delivery problems and unwanted messages are handled.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

1. Account and transactional email

EVERPEAK INC may send messages requested by or necessary for an EVEQ account, including invitations, email verification, sign-in or password-reset messages, security notices, billing receipts, subscription or cancellation confirmations, support responses, and material service notices.

These messages are sent to addresses supplied by the account holder, an authorized organization administrator, or a payment and support workflow associated with the account.

2. Marketing email

Promotional or marketing email is sent only where the recipient has requested it or another lawful basis permits it. EVERPEAK INC does not use purchased recipient lists or continue sending marketing email after a valid opt-out.

3. Unsubscribe choices

A marketing message should include an unsubscribe method. A recipient may also request removal by emailing Serve@npsayu.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent account, security, billing, legal, or service messages that are necessary to operate an active account or complete a requested transaction.

4. Bounces and complaints

Before any marketing email is enabled, EVERPEAK INC will require monitored bounce and complaint notifications and a working suppression process that prevents repeated non-essential messages to affected recipients.

5. Recipient responsibility

Use an address you control, keep account information current, protect the email account used for recovery, and do not forward sensitive account links. An organization administrator who supplies another user’s address must have authority to invite that user.

6. Suspicious messages

EVERPEAK INC will not ask by email for a password, one-time authentication code, seed phrase, private key, full payment-card number, or transfer of trading capital. Do not open unexpected attachments or sign in through an unfamiliar domain.

Forward a suspicious EVEQ message or report unwanted email to Serve@npsayu.com. Include the message headers if available, but remove secrets and sensitive financial information.

7. Support contact

Support requests may be sent to Serve@npsayu.com. Personal-information processing is described in the Privacy Notice.
