Acceptable Use Policy

1. Authorized account use

You may use EVEQ only through an account assigned to you or your organization and only for accounts, data, systems, and credentials you are authorized to control. You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer access except through a feature or written arrangement approved by EVERPEAK INC.

2. Lawful market activity

You may not use EVEQ to engage in, facilitate, coordinate, or conceal:

• market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, layering, pump-and-dump activity, or deceptive orders;
• insider trading or misuse of material non-public information;
• fraud, false statements, impersonation, theft, or unauthorized transactions;
• money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or concealment of source or ownership of funds;
• activity prohibited by an applicable market, regulator, broker, exchange, data provider, or law.

3. No unauthorized financial service

You may not use EVEQ to take custody of another person’s money or digital assets, pool customer capital, operate an unlicensed exchange or money-transmission service, offer unauthorized brokerage or investment-advisory services, or control a third-party account without the owner’s valid authorization and all required legal permissions.

4. Security and platform integrity

You may not:

• probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, or bypass security, rate, access, or account controls;
• introduce malware, malicious code, harmful automation, or a denial-of-service condition;
• reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or extract the hosted service except as permitted by law or written authorization;
• attempt to access another user’s data, credentials, session, account, or workspace;
• hide the origin of requests or interfere with logs, monitoring, investigation, or abuse prevention.

5. Credentials and third-party integrations

Connection credentials must belong to an account you are authorized to use. Grant only the permissions required for the intended feature, keep withdrawal permissions disabled where supported, and comply with the connected provider’s rules. You may not use stolen, purchased, shared, or deceptively obtained credentials.

6. Data, content, and communications

You may not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or designed to expose personal or confidential information without authorization. You may not use EVEQ or EVERPEAK INC communications to send spam, phishing, deceptive promotions, or messages to recipients who did not request them.

7. AI and automation responsibility

You remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted material, code, strategies, configurations, and automated workflows. You may not present unverified output as guaranteed, use automation to evade third-party controls, or use the service to create a misleading claim of assured returns or risk-free market activity.

8. Enforcement

EVERPEAK INC may restrict, suspend, or terminate access; disable a connection; preserve relevant records; or cooperate with a provider or lawful authority when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse, protect users or systems, enforce these rules, or comply with law. Where appropriate, we may request information needed to verify authorization or intended use.

9. Report misuse

Report suspected abuse to Serve@npsayu.com. Include relevant dates, account or page identifiers, and a factual description. Do not include passwords, private keys, API secrets, or full payment-card numbers.
